I wish someone would randomly tell me little facts about myself. Not ones that I have already told them but ones they have picked up by themselves because they care enough to notice the little things I do.
I’ve come so far when it comes to my fitness level.
It has now been one year since I restarted my workouts. I go at least 3 times a week sometimes 6 to the gym. These past few days I’ve come to realize just how far I’ve gotten. I didn’t start this for weight loss, just for a healthier life style and to get rid of frustration.
When it comes to cardio I could barely jog/run 15 mins without feeling like I was going to die. Now I can easily jog 2 miles in under 20 mins or do 30 minute jogs without a problem.
Weights: I’ve more than tripled what I can lift. No soreness.
I have even taken up Crossfit once a week and it’s a piece of cake until I’m done and feel my quad burn hahaha.
Anyways, getting into these classes where I see other people and challenge myself really helped, but all it took was total dedication and determination in my part.
Along with my exercise habits came better eating habits and I even lost some weight (a bonus point)
